Sliders plot

In his basement in San Francisco, young genius Quinn Mallory opens the door to an infinite number of parallel universes. During a test, Quinn invites his colleague Wade Wells and his teacher Professor Maximillian Arturo to see his new invention. After something goes wrong in the test, the three, along with a soul singer named, end up in a parallel world. They will have to slide from world to world to ever return home.
