The Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012 (“the Establishment Order”) established a new statutory body, the Natural Resources Body for Wales (“the Body”) and provided for its purpose, membership, procedure, financial governance and initial functions. This Order makes further provision about the Body, including provision about the modification and transfer of environmental functions to the Body.

Sefydlodd Gorchymyn Corff Adnoddau Naturiol Cymru (Sefydlu) 2012 (“y Gorchymyn Sefydlu”) gorff statudol newydd, Corff Adnoddau Naturiol Cymru (“y Corff”) gan ddarparu ar gyfer diben, aelodaeth, gweithdrefn, llywodraethiant ariannol a swyddogaethau cychwynnol y Corff. Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gwneud darpariaeth bellach ynglŷn â'r Corff, gan gynnwys darpariaeth ynglŷn ag addasu a throsglwyddo swyddogaethau amgylcheddol iddo.
