In these Regulations—

“the 2000 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 2000”) means the Medical Food (Wales) Regulations 2000

S.I. 2000/1866 (W. 125), amended by S.I. 2016/639 (W. 175) and S.I. 2018/806 (W. 162); there are other amending instruments but none is relevant.
