Revocation and transitional provision
2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2) the regulations set out in the first column of the table in Schedule 1 are revoked to the extent indicated in the third column of the table in Schedule 1.
(2) A person who immediately before 1 April 2015 was serving an induction period in accordance with the Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (Wales) Regulations 2005(1) (“the 2005 Regulations”) is to be treated from that date as if they were serving an induction period in accordance with these Regulations and anything done under the 2005 Regulations is to be treated as done under these Regulations.
