http://www.legislation.gov.uk/wsi/2000/3339/section/8/2000-12-25The Cattle (Identification of Older Animals) (Wales) Regulations 2000 (revoked)texttext/xmlenStatute Law DatabaseANIMALS, WALES2020-02-242000-12-25 These Regulations, which apply to Wales, implement the provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1760/2000 in relation to older cattle. 81The National Assembly may authorise any person to notify movement by electronic means rather than by post.2An authorisation under this regulation —ashall be in writing, may be made subject to conditions and may be amended, suspended or revoked by notice in writing at any time; andbshall specify the format in which the data shall be transmitted and the method of transmission.3Notification by electronic means shall be made within the period specified for postal notification.4The National Assembly shall maintain a register of persons authorised under this regulation which shall be available to any person on request.5The National Assembly may make a reasonable charge for the provision of information from the register kept under this regulation.
