1. These Regulations may be cited as the Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 and come into force on exit day(1).
Section 20(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 defines “exit day”.
