The Regulations make further provision about free childcare for young children of working parents in England. The Childcare (Early Years Provision Free of Charge) (Extended Entitlement) Regulations 2016 PART 1 1 1 These Regulations may be cited as the Childcare (Early Years Provision Free of Charge) (Extended Entitlement) Regulations 2016. 2 Parts 1, 2, 3 and 5 of these Regulations come into force 21 days after the day on which these Regulations are made. 3 Part 4 of these Regulations comes into force on 1st September 2017.
