PART 5 57When enforcing these Regulations or RAMS (in its application to vessels), the enforcing authority must exercise its powers in a manner which is consistent with—aregulation 58 (evaluation of vessels presenting a risk);bregulation 59 (enforcement action in respect of vessels which are not in conformity);cregulation 60 (EU safeguard procedure);dregulation 61 (enforcement action in respect of vessels which are in conformity but which present a risk);eregulation 62 (enforcement action in respect of formal non-compliance); andfregulation 63 (restrictive measures).
