PART 4 48A notification under regulation 46 (notification) must include—adetails of—ithe conformity assessment activities in respect of which the conformity assessment body has made its application for notification;iithe conformity assessment modules in respect of which the conformity assessment body has made its application for notification; andiiithe category of vessels in respect of which the conformity assessment body has made its application for notification; and eitherban accreditation certificate; orcdocumentary evidence which attests to—ithe conformity assessment body's competence; andiithe arrangements in place to ensure that the conformity assessment body will be monitored regularly and will continue to satisfy the notified body requirements.
