The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 23(1) of the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015

The Secretary of State has, in accordance with section 23(2)(a) of that Act, laid before Parliament a draft of an authority-to-carry scheme made under section 22(1)(a) of that Act.

A draft of these Regulations, which relate to that scheme, has been laid before Parliament and approved by each House of Parliament in accordance with section 23(2)(a) and (b) of that Act.
