These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Refunds) (Repayment of Contractual Maternity Pay) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 31st March 1990.

In these Regulations “the Act” means the Social Security Act 1975 and “the Contributions Regulations” means the Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 1979 .
