Yes, Mark Farner has a talent for melody and a good melody is after all the basis of a good song. Grand Funk Railroad is in my opinion the same musical level as hard rock legends such as Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and Black Sabbath, although certainly not achieved fame in the world such as those bands. I met music quite late this fantastic band. Favorite songs: "Heartbreaker" and "Take Me". Greetings :)
