I remember at Warped Tour 2014 my friends and I smoked a joint during The Devil Wears Prada's set and got a lot of dirty looks from the older people there with their kids. I honestly didn't think anybody listened to this stuff for the Christian themes but I guess they're out there. Either way there's a lot of badass heavy bands in this scene. The best bands in this genre are better than most secular Metalcore imo

Well, I really don't like contemporary christianity put in metalcore, but then I think, it's quite the problem which I have with most of "christian" genres in music. The music alone is fine, I should say, although from the top5 I only know August Burns Red.
