Growls are questionable, but it's silly off key singing that ruins the band's sound for me. Can't take the somber atmosphere seriously when the guy can't hit a note to save his life. Whenever he sings I grin. Gotta stick with other funeral doom classics.

It takes time to grow. Funeral Doom isn't the most acessible genre out there... for me, most of those bands works better at night, when i'm alone. This experience fits with the general theme and atmosphere of it (or vice versa) and make it easy to diggest, even when the cleans vocals hits in.
