was not listening to funeral/doom genre for years (so today it was a first go for this album) and i was a bit sceptical about it (since evething new is usually pretty bad; i got disappointed by such a lot of new albums lately), but this album is just delicious..so heavy and yet so beautiful <3

It took me a year to fully appreciate the beauty of this release. Nothing beats Angels of Distress, but, as I noticed lately, the album's atmosphere paints a different image. Of past and wounds. Of disappointment and doubts. Of the distant dream of life that remains in the distance because of inner shadows. Wonderful.
