Louis du Pointe de Lac’s heart is going to be dancing over on Netflix. Season one of Interview With the Vampire already stakes its claim on the service, and season two is coming September 30. Interview With the Vampire season two covered the back half of Rice’s novel of the same name. Jacob Anderson’s Louis and his vampire-child, Claudia (Delainey Hayles replacing Bailey Bass), eff off to Paris, and discover the Grand Guignol campy-vampy theater run by Armand (Assad Zaman). And, of course, there’s Daniel’s (Eric Bogosian) postmortem of those events in modern times. It’s a Vulture fave for a reason, although the Television Academy isn’t hip to its greatness quite yet. Catch up with IWTV before the The Vampire Lestat takes over the show in 2026.
