Living Learning Communities at UCC Campus Accommodation
UCC Campus Accommodation is committed to enhancing the student experience by developing living, learning communities for students from all over the world. All UCC Campus Accommodation residences have community standards & expectations, including those regarding anti-social behaviour, alcohol abuse, neighborly noise and sound level considerations, however Quiet Housing thrives through a focused approach to ensuring a quieter living environment; namely respect for designated quiet hours and for other students’ need for quiet as outlined in the Quiet Housing Agreement. Alcohol & Substance Free Housing eschews the use of alcohol and illicit drugs of any kind and residents and their guests are not allowed in the residence under the influence of or in possession of any prohibited substances. Green Living is also an option from 2020; the principles of Green Living at Campus Accommodation include an active awareness of the consumption of water and energy, transport and biodiversity -ensuring recycling and waste disposal is efficient and by encouraging your fellow students to take part in our ongoing initiatives.
