Mental Wellbeing Workbooks: These workbooks can help you deal with various problems such as anxiety, depression, panic, sleep, self-esteem, etc.
Self-help Books: There are self-help books available via the UCC Library.
Term Time Workshops
Student Counselling & Development offers a range of lunchtime and evening one-off workshops. All workshops are free and available to current registered UCC students only.
Places are limited and you can register for workshops on Eventbrite through the links below. Drop-ins are also welcome subject to space on the day.
All workshops take place at The Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub, 3 Brighton Villas on Western Road. (MAP).
Understanding & Managing Anxiety:
Understand anxiety causes and triggers and learn techniques to manage anxiety more effectively.

Mindful Crafts:
Take time out from your busy college day to just be present, connect, recharge. Craft materials will be available for you to use (e.g. bracelet making, clay modelling, knitting& crochet, mindful drawing), or bring along your current craft project. Tea and Coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. Group runs fortnightly. Feel free to attend any or all!
