Janice Yue-Yan Lam

Janice Yue-Yan Lam is a PhD candidate in Organization Studies at the Schulich School of Business, York University. Her research generally takes an intersectional lens in considering equity, diversity, and inclusion within the workplace. Janice earned her MSc in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western University.
