Amy Kahn

Dr Amy Kahn is a Research Specialist at the Centre for Science, Technology and Innovation Indicators (CeSTII) at the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC). She project leads the South African Business Innovation Survey. Prior to joining the HSRC, Amy completed her Doctorate in Economics at the University of Cape Town. She also worked for several years in the design and implementation of large-scale socio-economic surveys in East Africa and South Africa. Her current and previous research has focused on R&D and innovation in the South African business sector, skills development, basic and higher education, labour markets and survey methodology.
