Aish Ravi

Aish is a football coach, educator, and passionate advocate for inclusion and diversity in sport. She is the founder of the Women’s Coaching Association and a dedicated researcher, focusing on the experiences of women football coaches, racial literacy, and anti-racism strategies in community sport. Currently, Aish is a Lecturer at Monash University’s Faculty of Education and a Research Fellow at both the University of Melbourne and Deakin University. She has consulted and partnered with several government organisations including the Victorian State Government and the Australian Sport Commission
