Nazeem Mustapha

Dr. Nazeem Mustapha, an expert in R&D measurement with a PhD in applied mathematics specialising in cosmology, heads South Africa’s National R&D Survey and Analysis programme at the Centre for Science, Technology, and Innovation Indicators (CeSTII) within the Human Sciences Research Council.
