17時開店と同時に入店。
前回入れなかったので予約しました。
案の定、テーブル席は予約席の札で埋る。
肉成。なんとなく大阪を連想するネーミング。
コンロで焼く韓国スタイル。
無冷凍で生の状態のタンを仕入れてオーダーに合わせ、店内で職人が切り提供する『生タン』が看板メニュー。

上生タンは、分厚くて濃厚な味わいで旨い。たまらん‼︎
しゃぶしゃぶ上レバーは、新鮮なレバーを熱した胡麻油に潜らせ加熱する。久しぶりに牛レバを食べたけど、甘味があってやっぱり旨い。懐かしい。
ノドナンコツは新鮮そのものの色。コリコリ食感が良い。
キンキンにグラスから冷えたビールも高得点‼︎
最高の焼肉屋です。間違いない。気に入った‼︎
