First-timers might be surprised by the customer service—it can feel quite cold at first, but you'll eventually realize it's just their usual way (laughs).

The chicken liver sashimi was delicious! They offer three types of okonomiyaki: Naniwa, Hiroshima, and Akashi. There was a lot of tororo, making it almost like a tororo pancake. The kushiage selection was extensive, and there was a sauce on the table with a no double dipping rule. I was surprised to find that using anything other than cash would incur an extra percentage! Even PayPay.
