The renowned oden restaurant 'Kaneyoshi' in Matsusaka. This was my first visit since their relocation. I went on a weekday evening, and it was bustling with customers. In addition to oden, they also serve yakitori. You can choose between tare (sauce) or salt for the yakitori, which is thick and delicious. The oden ingredients range from the classics to unique options like dashimaki tamago (rolled omelette) and fu (wheat gluten). There are two types of fu, one from Sendai and one from Kanazawa, to enjoy. The owner's personality is fantastic! I had a great time savoring drinks, and I'll definitely come back again! ^ ^
