The owner-chef has over five years of training experience in authentic Basque cuisine and has worked in Spanish restaurants in Tokyo and Osaka before becoming independent. By combining ingredients from the Tohoku region with Basque seasonings, he creates new flavors while preserving tradition. The Basque dishes, finished with simple cooking methods, have a light taste that resonates well with Japanese palates, akin to Japanese cuisine. He also offers dishes cooked on a custom charcoal grill, using not only charcoal but also firewood, allowing diners to enjoy a unique aroma that stimulates the appetite and experience the local atmosphere.

We always have 10 types of wine by the glass and also have bottles available. Additionally, we serve the classic Spanish "Txakoli" poured right in front of our customers. This is an adult hideaway restaurant quietly located on the second floor of a building, just an 8-minute walk from Sendai Station, away from the hustle and bustle. The interior, featuring brick-patterned walls in a white tone and wooden beams across the ceiling, is inspired by restaurants in the Basque region. The wooden window frames, brown wooden tables, and leather chairs create a calming atmosphere. The counter seats facing the open kitchen are perfect for solo diners or dates.
