The day before, I had tried to visit this place but it was unexpectedly closed, so I came back with a friend. It's a cozy spot with a counter as the main seating area and just a few tables, and luckily there were two seats available. While the main offering is yakitori, you can order each skewer individually; however, the omakase option is a better deal as it gives you a taste of everything. Sendai is known for its delicious yakitori places, and this one was certainly impressive! The cooking and seasoning were just right, with each skewer featuring different sauces and flavors, which adds a creative touch. The skewers are served one by one, each on small plates, showing great attention to detail. Although the omakase itself was quite filling, we also ordered some "Leberpate" as a side dish. It was perfect as a snack to go with drinks! We started with beer but ended up enjoying some white wine by the glass. No wonder it's a popular place! I'm looking forward to visiting again.
