We are particular about the sauce and rice used to finish our unaju (grilled eel over rice). All the ingredients for the sauce (soy sauce, mirin, and sake) are sourced from Miyazaki. The sauce is rich, made with grilled bones and liver. The rice is specially selected from Miyazaki Prefecture's top-grade "Hinohikari," which has a perfect balance of sweetness and stickiness, making it a great match for unaju. Please enjoy our unaju, which is crispy and fragrant on the outside, yet fluffy and tender on the inside, prepared in the Kanto style.

Our establishment offers private rooms (with chair seating and tatami seating) that provide a calm atmosphere, as well as casual sunken kotatsu seating and table seating. The seating area is spacious, allowing you to enjoy your time while maintaining distance from neighboring guests. Please feel free to use our space for various occasions, such as the Day of the Ox, celebrations, or entertaining important guests.

We use live eel sourced from carefully selected production areas centered around Kyushu and Miyazaki. The eels are purged of any unpleasant odors and nurtured in a clean, underground water environment, resulting in eels that are incredibly delicious after being thoroughly raised. You can enjoy eels that have been lovingly cultivated by the producers.

We offer a selection of sake, shochu, and other alcoholic beverages from all over Kyushu. We have prepared a variety of seafood delicacies and mountain side dishes, considering their compatibility with our drinks. In addition to sake and shochu that pair well with eel, we also carry craft beer from Miyazaki, known as Hideji. It features a refreshing taste with a good balance of umami and bitterness, making it a great match for food. We invite you to give it a try!
