On this day, I had a craving for something warm since my stomach was feeling cold, so I decided to try this restaurant for the first time. I chose the tempura soba from the warm noodle menu. In the photo, it might be hard to tell, but the shrimp tempura was surprisingly large, accompanied by shiitake mushrooms and broccoli tempura, all enveloped in a fluffy egg. The broth was delicious and just to my taste! The tempura batter was a bit on the powdery side, which made me think that choosing the warm soba was the right decision. Still, for JPY 1200, I was thrilled to have such a big shrimp along with other toppings! I apologize for not having a soba lift photo, but the thin soba was delightful. This local soba shop is clearly loved by the community. I will definitely stop by again! Thank you for the meal!
