The previous owner from Iwate Prefecture had a strong desire to share the flavors of his home region, Iwate, with people in Yokohama, one of the three major cities in the Kanto region. With this passion, he opened the restaurant in April 1976. We are committed to sourcing ingredients from Iwate Prefecture, and our noodles have been homemade since the beginning. Thanks to the long-term support from all of you, we are celebrating our 49th anniversary this year. We look forward to your continued patronage of "Wanko Soba Tachihana."
Service"Challenging the All-Time Record for Wanko Soba!! Let's Carve Your Name in History◎"
Currently, the highest record at Tachibana is 715 cups! The Japanese record of 705 cups has been updated!! (As of 2025) Would you like to challenge the record as well? We offer prizes to those who consume more than 80 cups for women and elementary school students, and more than 100 cups for men. You can also record your achievements in the historical record book.

【Nabeyaki Udon *Available until mid-April】 The chewy udon is delicious with large shrimp. We also have our homemade "Kiritanpo Nabe (1,600 yen)."
