Classic! Shrimp Tenderloin Cutlet Set Meal.
Tonkatsu Ratio: High (≧▽≦) I visited on Saturday at 18:40. The restaurant had a comfortable amount of space and was about 80% full. After some indecision, I ended up ordering my usual, the shrimp tenderloin cutlet set meal! JPY 1500. The shrimp tempura comes with tartar sauce, which has a deliciously chunky egg texture. I enjoyed it with both the homemade sauce and miso dressing, which works nicely as a salad dressing too. They are open until 20:00. There were two solo male diners and several families, totaling six groups during my visit. The shrimp tenderloin cutlet set meal seems to be very popular, as it was ordered at almost every table. Before the meal, I had cold hojicha tea, and afterward, warm hojicha tea. They also offer ice bars for children and women, with several varieties available. All were served promptly. Thank you for the meal! I'll be back! (◍•ᴗ•◍)
Delicious and Reliable Tonkatsu at Tonkatsu Ine
If you're craving tonkatsu, this is the place to go. I entered the restaurant a little after 5 PM on a Thursday, and as expected, there were no customers ahead of me. To the right is an open kitchen area, with a counter in front. On the left and at the back, there are elevated seating areas. The central part is divided, with spacious table seats on either side. I always order the Ebi Hire Katsu Set Meal. It comes with two rather large shrimp tempura and three smaller pieces of tenderloin cutlets, all cut in half for easy eating. You can enjoy them with either miso sauce or regular tonkatsu sauce, and the miso sauce can also serve as a dressing. It’s provided with a small ladle on the table, so feel free to pour generously (≧∇≦). The shrimp tempura is served with plenty of tartar sauce. The shrimp tempura had shrunk significantly for a while, but it has made a comeback (^_^)v. You can refill your cabbage, miso soup, and rice! While it used to be unlimited, now you can refill up to two times. The staff keep a close eye on timing, starting off with cold hojicha tea. When I was finishing up my meal, they brought warm hojicha and a dessert ice bar for women. They also offer a 5% discount coupon, which I'll make sure to use next time. During my visit, no new customers came in, although two customers did come for takeout. Actually, I had just done takeout a week before, sneaking a lunch treat for the family (//∇//). The takeout is at the same price as dining in, but the bento was just as delicious! The parking lot in the same building is a bit tight, with room for about 4 to 5 cars. I think there are other options available as well. From reading everyone’s reviews, it looks like the katsudon is also delicious. I'll consider it for my next visit!♪

Luxury Tonkatsu Declaration!
Our goal is to create the best tonkatsu anywhere. That’s the essence of Tonkatsu Ina. Our loin cutlet is thick and flavorful, bursting with sweetness with every bite. We use SPF pork from Iwate, raise |
Sunday, 5:30 PM. Craving tonkatsu (≧▽≦), I visited here for the first time in a while. The narrow parking lot in the same building has space for 5 cars, and only 1 was parked. I thought, "It's so open!" but while there was space at the entrance, the dining area was full with just us. Are they open continuously on weekends? I ordered my usual Shrimp and Tenderloin Cutlet Set Meal, JPY 1760. And for some reason, I always crave the quail skewers too—one for JPY 180. The draft beer doesn’t come in a mug, just a tumbler for JPY 594. You can get refills for rice, miso soup, and cabbage. They serve cold barley tea before the meal and warm hojicha after. Last time I visited, they had offered ice pops for kids and women after the meal, but that wasn't available this time, so it might have ended. The cutlets are crispy, coated in rough panko. On the small plate, the miso sauce and sauce are beautifully arranged, but there’s also some in the jar on the table. The miso sauce seems to go well as a dressing too. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal♪
