Choose between wheat-fragrant whole grain noodles or flat hand-rolled noodles. The roasted duck breast is cooked at low temperature and then roasted while hanging, smoked with hickory chips. Feel free to dip the duck breast in sansho pepper or yuzu pepper according to your preference. Limited quantity available.
Food Duck × Chicken Broth with Yuzu Aroma Grilled Duck Dipping Noodles in Rich Bonito and Kombu Water
Specially made for dipping noodles, we use medium-thin noodles made with whole wheat flour or water-rich medium-thin noodles that have a fragrant wheat flavor, paired with a homemade rich bonito kelp broth made from four types of kelp. First, enjoy the texture and flavor of the noodles by dipping them in Himalayan rock salt and wasabi. The grilled duck chashu, carefully hung and smoked with hickory chips, can be enjoyed with your choice of sansho pepper or yuzu pepper. We also offer a bonito broth dipping soup. Served with sansho pepper, yuzu pepper, Himalayan rock salt, and wasabi.
