Tully's Coffee has delicious matcha as well. What I love about Tully's is its moderate sweetness. The whipped cream is firm and tasty. Both the milk tea and matcha are not overly sweet, which I find very enjoyable. Personally, I'm not a fan of things that are too sweet, so the moderation is a big plus for me.
