Naruto Kitchen is located on the B1F food court of the Alpark Higashikan shopping center in Nishi-ku, Hiroshima. It offers a variety of set meals. You can use the seating available in the food court. The Otaru Zanki Don is a type of rice bowl dish. It consists of rice topped with several pieces of Zanki, a poached egg placed in the center, and garnished with green onions. The Zanki is crispy on the outside while the chicken inside is tender. I'm not entirely sure what the difference is between Zanki, karaage, and fried chicken, but it’s simply delicious. The seasoning for the Zanki is on the stronger side, but when eaten with the poached egg, it becomes milder. Served with miso soup, chilled tofu, and pickles.
