After letting it sit for a while and eating it at room temperature, it was good. Just because it comes out fast doesn’t mean it’s always better. Instead of serving it straight from the fridge, letting it sit at room temperature before serving could really change the impression of the dish. ・Pan-fried Gyoza JPY 614 As the menu states, it definitely oozes with meat juice—like a xiaolongbao. Personally, I liked it. ・Salty Squid with Butter JPY 647 Not visually appealing. The squid is sweet, and the butter doesn’t melt. It would be better if the potatoes were warmed a bit more...
