マザームーンのいちごスイーツは毎シーズン食べてますが何度食べても美味しい
◼︎ あまおうとピスタチオのチョコレートズコットタルト
濃厚なピスタチオとチョコレートのタルトの上に、自家製ジャムやフランボワーズ、香ばしいナッツを混ぜ合わせたクリームを重ね、チョコレートのスポンジと生クリームで閉じ込めたズコットケーキ。
甘さ控えめのチョコクリームにたっぷりのピスタチオが香ばしく、食感も楽しめます
下のタルトもしっかりとピスタチオの風味を感じられるのでピスタチオ好きにはたまらない一品
フランボワーズが控えめながら甘酸っぱさもほんのりプラス
あまおうがふんだんに使用されていてたくさん食べられたのが良かったです

「あまおう」苺を花びらのように贅沢に並べた至福のタルト。
クランベリーとアーモンドスライスを入れて焼き上げたタルトにアプリコットジャムを重ね、濃厚なカスタードクリームをたっぷりと敷き詰めてあります
こちらの方がしっかりとした甘さがあります。アプリコットジャムが甘いです
アーモンドスライスの食感と香ばしさがアクセント
生クリームにピスタチオが添えてあります
甘いのが好きな人はこちらがおすすめ

甘そうに見えたズコットタルトのほうが甘さ控えめなのは驚きでした！(それでもしっかり目に甘さはあります)
正直大きさもあって甘さもあるので食べきれず結構手伝ってもらいました(°▽°)
ドリンクはコーヒーはカップ一杯ですが紅茶はポット提供なので紅茶の方がお得かと
アールグレイではなくセイロンティーでしたのでセイロンが苦手な人は注意です
昔は飲み放題付きのコースがあってそれでよく利用していました(今は貸切でしか飲み放題のプランはないようです)
カフェタイムだけでなくディナーもおすすめですよ
住吉の店舗でも何度もディナー利用しているのでどちらかというとカフェよりディナーがお勧め
2月下旬からはいちごのクレープタルトも始まるので甘いと言いながらもそれも食べに行きます✨✨
