The octopus from Shikabe is incredibly delicious. I often buy octopus from this roadside station, and I always make sure to grab the fried squid as well. It’s incredibly crunchy and fluffy, making you want to eat more and more. It comes with tartar sauce, but it’s so good on its own that I recommend enjoying it without dipping!
