A Quick Drink at Shizenha Wine no Omise Ogari Now That Rafira is Closed
I visited Shizenha Wine no Omise Ogari, a natural wine bar that I had been curious about for a while. When Lafila was there, I often ended up having my pre-drinks inside, but this time I headed here from my bookmarked list. The location is a prominent street-level shop, making it easy to find without getting lost. I ordered the Atura Rouge from southern France and crispy Gouda. The Gouda was surprisingly crunchy and satisfying, making it a great partner for the wine. The red wine, Atura Rouge, was rich in aroma after taking off my mask. It was quite impressive even before drinking it! I could feel the medium body, and amidst its smoothness, hints of fruity sweetness and gentle acidity emerged. Though it was just a short solo drink, it was a wonderful opportunity to immerse myself in the world of wine. I’m heading to my group’s main event next, but since it’s different from the usual service, I can’t review that. However, I can say for sure that it was incredibly delicious and a lovely experience. At Shizenha Wine no Omise Ogari, I found it quite reasonable, but I started worrying about whether they'd need to set a minimum charge per person due to the low number of guests, especially in Susukino. It seems challenging for the Susukino area during the COVID crisis, and many thoughts filled my mind on this day. I noted down 'Aoyuriko Peperoncino,' but that's a mystery. Could it possibly be from CAFE&RESTAURANT ORGALI…??

Oh man, what a predicament. The place I intended to visit wasn’t open, and I gave up on finding another option... As time kept ticking away, I decided to pop in here for a drink. I truly appreciate this place for being a lifesaver. From Shinshu Takayama Winery, 2019 Chardonnay (approximately 40% cuvée blend) Made with 100% Nagano Prefecture Takayama Village grapes, This white wine offers a rounded, fresh fruit flavor that is easy to drink and has a clean taste. The refreshing sweetness of the grapes resonates beautifully with the acidity. The acidity isn’t sharp, harmonizing perfectly with the sweetness. I enjoyed the aroma and flavor of what is often referred to as the "queen of white wines" in Chardonnay. Store Information: This is a branch of the classic Washizu and also operates as a liquor store. 1F, Dai 4 Fujii Building, 10 Minami 4-jo Nishi 5-chome, Chuo Ward, Sapporo City, Hokkaido Natural Wine Bar ORgaLi
