I was curious about the senbei with a 30-second shelf life that I read about online, so I decided to visit the shop. It's a bit of a walk from the center of Gero Onsen, but it took about 10 minutes up a hill to get there. After placing my order, I received my senbei almost immediately, served hot and fresh.
