Among these, the tenderloin, which can only be obtained from 3% of the cow, and the chateaubriand, which comes from just 1%, are exquisite dishes that offer a tenderness so soft it can be torn apart with a fork, along with a luxurious flavor. We are certified as a raw meat handler, so you can also enjoy "raw yukhoe." Don't miss our "premium salted tongue," crafted with the expertise of chefs who know meat inside and out, as well as our fresh, odor-free offal.
