Inspired by sukiyaki, we present a unique way to enjoy it called "yaki-suki." The method of combining the savory grilled sirloin with sauce and egg creates a harmonious blend of flavors that is truly addictive. This dish is a specialty of Setsugekka, with an order rate exceeding 80% for the exquisite grilled sirloin yaki-suki, priced at 3,850 yen for two servings. We highly recommend trying this when you visit. Grilled shabu-shabu is also a great option!

We serve high-quality Japanese wagyu with overwhelming freshness, following the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for appropriate serving methods. Omi beef, one of Japan's most historic brand wagyu with a history of about 400 years, is renowned as one of the three major wagyu in Japan. We offer a variety of dishes that emphasize the "raw" quality of Omi beef, including yukhoe, sashimi, tataki, and sushi.

The meat was slowly aged for 30 days in a dedicated aging chamber, where temperature and humidity were strictly controlled. Please enjoy the enhanced "umami" that this dry aging method brings out from the meat.
