Since it's a nearby restaurant, I revisited after a long time for dinner. There was a sign saying they are currently only serving noodles (fried rice is available). I initially planned to order a set meal, but since they had noodles, I went with the long-desired Yanagi Noodles (JPY 700, tax included). The bowl arrived in about 10 minutes! To my delight, I was offered rice and a raw egg as a complimentary service. The dish reminded me of Pork Cutlet Noodle Soup. The broth was light yet flavorful. The toppings, including a boiled egg, bamboo shoots, spinach, brought back memories of local Shirakawa Ramen! After enjoying the pork, I mixed it with the rice and egg—what a blissful moment. It was a great meal!
