Initially, I intended to grab lunch at a certain place, but I noticed they seemed to be constructing a new road. After circling around for a while, I couldn't find the restaurant. So, I decided to try a different place I had wanted to visit... That’s when I remembered Elmar. Although it was after 1 PM on a weekday, there was a wait. It seems to be quite popular. Now, what should I order? First, I checked the lunch set, and I found something intriguing: the 3rd installment of their lunch plan. The Pasta & Oven-Baked Pizza Pair Set (JPY 3,500) caught my eye, so I decided to go for that. - Appetizer Salad - Sakura Shrimp Genovese Pizza - Seafood Ragu with Tomato Sauce - Pork Belly with Mushrooms in a Japanese-style Sauce topped with Shiso - Dessert - Drink The pasta was particularly impressive. It was incredibly chewy with a great texture. Everything else was delicious as well. For a reasonable lunch, it offered sufficient quality and quantity. What impressed me the most was not just the flavor of the dishes but also the attentive and pleasant service. Being able to enjoy a meal with a positive atmosphere is incredibly important. I was very satisfied. It made me realize just how essential service is. I left the restaurant with a strong desire to return.
