I have already visited the Honami branch, and I was looking forward to trying this one as well! I arrived around 11:30 on a weekday and was the only customer at that time. I ordered: Ramen JPY 650 Small Fried Rice JPY 400 The small fried rice portion was more than enough for me, making it a great value! ☆ As for the ramen, the broth was free of any off-flavors, showcasing a refined pork bone richness without the wildness often found in this style. Compared to the Honami branch, this one had a much lighter overall impression. The chashu (braised pork) was thinly sliced and fell apart easily, which added to its flavor. For the fried rice, the crunchy carrots stood out nicely. The saltiness was mild here as well, though I personally prefer the seasoning at Honami. Nonetheless, it was still delicious! And the portion size was excellent for a small! Overall, it’s enjoyable how the flavor can change depending on the time of visit or the conditions in the restaurant. The two staff members worked seamlessly together! By the time I left, the place was full! With their pleasant service and coordination, I truly appreciated this restaurant! I’ll definitely come back again (*^_^*) Instagram @pride.j.fukuoka
