My parents wanted to try Kushi Katsu Tanaka, so I took my parents, who are in their 70s, along with me. We had to scan a QR code to place our orders. It was already looking a bit challenging... They seemed to have done some preparation in advance, and my grandfather, in his late 70s, eagerly scanned the QR code. While he managed to open the menu, he forgot his reading glasses and couldn’t see the text on the smartphone ( ^_^; ). Even though one serving was enough, he kept pressing the buttons, which inadvertently made it three servings, and he struggled with the smartphone. It took a while before we could place our order... I ended up placing a different order for him. This ordering method is quite tough for grandparents who aren't familiar with smartphones (T_T). I was already feeling exhausted just from ordering (laughs). The kushi-katsu was crispy and light, making it a great snack. Dishes like okonomiyaki and dope ni (a type of stew) were also served in small sizes. We ordered a variety of dishes, but I got tired from taking care of everything (≧▽≦) and couldn't relax. As a designated driver, I couldn't drink alcohol either, so we left early. Next time, I’ll come back and take my time. It was a great meal.
