I visited a hidden gem Yakiniku restaurant called Ange. First, I ordered a bottle of beer. Guests who made a reservation over the phone were welcomed with a complimentary salad. This Korean-style salad was delicious. The meats were beautifully marbled, featuring options like loin and short rib, all at a very affordable price and great quality. Additionally, the marinated short rib had a rich flavor that paired perfectly with rice, which I enjoyed eating on top of my rice. As for the wine, there seemed to be a good selection of red wines. Since it was summer, I opted for a refreshing white wine, which had a nice acidity and was enjoyable. All of Ange's meats were amazing and made for a truly impressive Yakiniku dinner. It was a great meal!
