This time I’m in Fukuoka for a business trip! I was looking for a restaurant with a colleague, but due to the day of the week, there weren’t many options available. After trying a few places without a reservation, we finally found one that was open! It’s open until 5 AM, and all seats are smoking. We entered without hesitation! From the appetizers to the main dishes and shabu-shabu, you could really sense the attention to detail in the food. A standout was the fried seaweed! It had a wonderfully simple flavor, and before I knew it, I had eaten it all! Overall, the quality was high, and I was very satisfied!
