3 Minutes from Matsuyama Station | Ramen & Dim Sum at 55CHINA
At '55CHINA,' you can enjoy a variety of ramen in a modern space with warm wooden accents. Our noodles and broth are all original, and we also offer delicious dim sum like pork buns, shumai, and xiaol |
I was excited to go to the newly opened 'Go Go China' in Hanazono with my son, so we went as a family. This restaurant offers four types of ramen: Jiro-style, Ie-kei, niboshi (dried fish), and chicken soup. While most places typically serve just one type, here you can enjoy all four! If they had Mazesoba, it would be perfect. With so many options, I wondered if the taste would suffer, but the Jiro-style ramen was delicious! The chashu (braised pork) was tender and easy to eat. The Ie-kei ramen had the authentic flavor, and the noodles were different from the Jiro-style. I also ordered the chicken broth ramen, which was rich and delicious in its own right. The gyoza were well-made, while the fried chicken was just average. Ordering was convenient through a touch panel, allowing me to customize the noodle hardness, vegetables, and amount of fat. The restaurant is located on the second floor and was a bit smaller than I expected. However, the taste exceeded my expectations, and I personally really enjoyed it. Thank you for the delicious ramen! ♥️
