A Long-Awaited Return to Conveyor Belt Sushi
I had a late dinner at Sushiro in Koyama! Sushiro is not the place to visit on a Sunday... The wait time was unbelievable >_< It's been a while since I've had conveyor-belt sushi, and my excitement was high after such a long time! ^ ^ I usually go for shrimp and shellfish at sushi places ✨ For 100 JPY, it was quite good! However, I ended up ordering quite a few items priced at 150 JPY... haha The rice portion has definitely gotten smaller compared to when they first opened. I really felt the impact of the consumption tax increase and rising prices. It was quite the revelation! haha

I went to the Sushiro Hokkaido Fair! The shredded crab was just acceptable. I saw the sea urchin being served on the conveyor belt and decided to skip it… As expected, Sushiro's chutoro (medium fatty tuna) is really good!
