This ramen shop is located near Joopura. It's stroller-friendly, which is wonderful for families. We were seated at a tatami mat area where I could keep my baby safe. I went with the Ajisen Ramen Set, which includes a dish named after the restaurant. While there are a la carte options, I chose the set with fried rice. They also offer sets with fried chicken and gyoza, all around JPY 1000. My dad opted for the spicy dipping noodles, which were packed with meat and quite spicy. The Ajisen Ramen was saltier than I expected, but my dad mentioned it’s not usually this salty. The chashu was tender, but it wasn't the melt-in-your-mouth style I prefer. The ramen was delicious, but the fried rice was exceptionally good—perfectly fluffy and flavorful. It was a great meal.
